I usually roll my eyes and stay away from Facebook on thanksgiving. It’s always the same thing every year. But this year, I’m going to be that person. I’ve realized I have so much to be thankful for.
First – my munchkins.
These two bring so much joy to my life. I’ve had the pleasure of watching them grow, learn and turn into crazy little kids. They are both so smart and creative. It’s an honor to be their mom. There are days where I consider taking them back to see if I can return them or trade them in for a puppy, but I never would. I love them. I might be a little crazier and always stressed out, but they are the best. They saved me from a life of selfishness and bad decisions. They’ve made me better and stronger. I love them with everything and could never ask for better. They are the greatest gift and I’m so proud of the tiny humans they are.
Second – the love of my life.

(This picture was never supposed to see the light of day. Whoops.)
I don’t know where the hell I would be without him. He has been the sweetest and most loving guy I’ve ever met. He is absolutely amazing to me and my kids. I had so much baggage going in. Struggling with a divorce, emotional abuse, depression, and two little ones of my own. I don’t know anyone who would’ve wanted that, but he carried everything in and let me unpack at my own pace. Now I’m comfortable, confident, fierce and strong, all because he showed me that it was there all along. I feel so lucky every single morning that I get to wake up next to him. He’s such a dream come true and I’m so in love with him. I couldnt ask for a better person to give my love to. We have so much fun together and he makes me laugh every day. I’ll be the luckiest girl alive if I get to spend the rest of my days with him. (And the kids and all of our dogs.) He’s also such a babe. I mean it. So hot. 🔥
Third – My family.
At least the ones who have always been there for me. My grandparents especially. But to those who stuck by me as I made difficult choices. Those who believed in me and helped in any way they could. Those who still support me and didn’t criticize me for walking away. And the ones who watch my kids whenever I need someone. I love them all endlessly.
Fourth – My beautiful friends, most aren’t pictured.
They are all amazing and beautiful. I love them all with so much. Everyone is different and have all been there at different times in my life. But I’ve always had someone to laugh or cry with. I’ve always had fun and have so many memories to last a lifetime.
Thank you all. I’m eternally grateful and full of love.
